Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, developing individualized therapy strategies that address the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring positive outcomes through methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to create a comprehensive care plan for clients, promoting holistic well-being.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer collaboration, staying informed about the latest research and therapeutic techniques in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000, dependent on your experience and caseload availability.
