Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. While working from home, you will also have the opportunity to engage with clients in the community and in the outpatient office setting as needed. Our team values collaboration and open communication, ensuring that all team members feel supported. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy.

• Engage in team meetings to discuss collaborative treatment approaches and actively participate in agency committees focused on improving service delivery.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans to address the complex needs of clients, ensuring effective coordination of care and referring clients to necessary services.
\n
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop crisis intervention strategies, intervening as necessary to ensure client safety.
\n
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, documenting all interactions and treatment plans diligently.
\n
• Support clients through the process of recovery, focusing on individualized treatment that empowers clients to take charge of their mental health.
\n
• Contribute to the submission of timely reports and data, ensuring that all necessary metrics are recorded, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.

• Respond to on-call responsibilities after hours as assigned, providing essential support during crises.

The ideal candidate will be equipped to work with a diverse population, including individuals facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients from varied backgrounds will be crucial in delivering culturally competent care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, including proficiency in both oral and written formats.

• Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, as well as crisis management.

• Demonstrated competency in addressing age-specific populations and their developmental needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy and support to individuals with mental health challenges is preferred.

• Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish will be given priority consideration.

Compensation and Benefits\n
