Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments of clients through phone and virtual consultations to gather comprehensive information about their social, emotional, and mental health needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, employing strategies to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support to clients in distress.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate case records, documenting interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Facilitate connections between clients and relevant external resources, including referrals to additional agencies and support services tailored to their individual needs.
\n
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated with best practices in social work.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them to engage in beneficial activities that promote recovery and resilience.

• Proactively identify and document any signs of potential child abuse and ensure adherence to state reporting laws.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will provide services to a diverse population that includes children, families, and individuals facing complex challenges. Many clients experience significant life stressors, such as domestic violence, child neglect, mental health issues, and substance abuse problems. The ideal candidate will have the skills to create a safe and non-judgmental space, allowing clients to express their feelings and concerns openly.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• A current and valid LCSW license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
