Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients to facilitate open communication and foster therapeutic relationships.

• Regularly meet with patients to conduct therapy sessions, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments of their progress.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to better understand patients' needs and ensure effective treatment protocols are followed.

• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health issues, encouraging empowerment and informed decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits\n
