Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Emphasizing a client-centered approach, your role will involve understanding each patient’s unique circumstances, cultural background, and perspective to tailor interventions that resonate with their personal experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• Strong foundational knowledge in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated expertise in conducting comprehensive assessments and composing effective treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient with EHR systems and comfortable using various computer applications for telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
