Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals and families, identifying mental health needs and creating tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, adapting intervention strategies to address the specific needs of each patient as required.

• Leading scheduled group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue and shared experiences.

• Building and maintaining therapeutic relationships with patients, respecting personal boundaries and promoting trust throughout the therapeutic process.

• Demonstrating cultural competency and sensitivity while working with individuals from various backgrounds, understanding the social determinants affecting mental health.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to assess, intervene, and evaluate patient progress, ensuring adherence to established mental health standards and documentation protocols.

• Participating actively in weekly multidisciplinary treatment planning meetings, providing insights on patient progress and contributing to integrated care strategies.

• Supporting the development and implementation of aftercare discharge plans to facilitate continued recovery and reintegration into daily life.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer supervision to stay abreast of the latest trends and methodologies in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a wide range of patients, including children, transitional age youth, adults, and geriatric individuals. You will work with clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your ability to adapt your approach to the unique needs and circumstances of each age group is critical to fostering effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid, unrestricted LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license to practice in the State of Colorado.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience in community mental health settings and familiarity with trauma-informed care models will be viewed favorably. Additionally, experience with diverse patient populations and knowledge of DSM diagnoses are advantageous.
