Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, collaborating with them to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices tailored to the needs and goals of clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health challenges or emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and personalized coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation that includes treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to both ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and community service providers to ensure holistic and comprehensive care and resource availability.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, promoting understanding and empowerment in decision-making regarding treatment options.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy through ongoing professional development, literature reviews, and training workshops.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including but not limited to LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a closely related field.

• Strong clinical assessment abilities with a proven track record in diagnostic evaluation.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a solid foundation of knowledge and skills in therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while also being an effective team player.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
