Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools to gather relevant information.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals, integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, carefully selecting appropriate therapeutic interventions to help clients navigate their emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case reviews, and professional development activities to uphold high standards of practice and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
