We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Distinctive Hospitality Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences, managing kitchen operations, and driving culinary innovation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and culinary expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Develop innovative menus that meet our brand standards and customer expectations.
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with management to align culinary offerings with business goals and guest satisfaction.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a reputable hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive salary range of $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
