Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Riverplace Psychotherapy Center, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults experiencing various mental health issues such as substance abuse, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and depression. Your role will be pivotal in conducting therapy sessions that not only address immediate symptoms but also look toward long-term recovery and adjustment strategies, empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid license as a Professional Counselor in Texas (LPC or equivalent).

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing counseling services in a clinical or community health setting.

• Strong knowledge of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, and the ability to conceptualize effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.
