Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools to gather comprehensive information about clients’ mental health backgrounds and current challenges.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using cutting-edge evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that highlight specific goals and interventions, adapting these plans according to client progress and feedback.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care providers to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care, attending multi-disciplinary team meetings as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments to identify safety needs, and developing safety plans to support at-risk clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, empowering clients through shared knowledge and community support.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards while using our practice management software for case notes and tracking client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues. Clients may present with conditions ranging from mild anxiety and depression to severe trauma and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
