Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, crafting individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote clients’ emotional resilience and growth.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients who may prefer online sessions due to location, scheduling constraints, or other access challenges, thereby ensuring comprehensive support is available.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards, thereby reflecting professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
