Key Responsibilities\n

  You will conduct weekly live video therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a spectrum of emotional disorders.

  Collaboration is key: work alongside Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to craft holistic treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

  Monitor client progress through automated symptom self-assessments to refine and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

  Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation using our user-friendly counselor portal to maintain a smooth workflow.

  No need to go it alone: you will have access to the Therapy Leadership Team for consultation and support whenever required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Through our innovative telehealth capabilities, you will offer not only immediate support but also ongoing management for clients who may be at risk or have complex needs. Your role is pivotal in fostering a supportive environment that encourages individuals to process and overcome their challenges, with a particular focus on those requiring crisis intervention.

  Must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

  A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees in counseling or psychology are preferred.

  A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling or mental health therapy capacity is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
