Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Counseling individuals through scheduled video therapy sessions, creating a safe and welcoming environment for open dialogue.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a population of stable adults with low acuity, who are seeking support for various mental health issues. All clients are screened before entering our platform, ensuring that you engage with individuals who are motivated to improve their mental health and well-being. This demographic includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and more.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and candidates must have no prior disciplinary actions.

• Effective communication skills to engage sensitively with clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural empathy that enables you to support clients effectively.

• Competence in using technology for remote therapy sessions; proficiency in computer applications is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize and reward your expertise and dedication with a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, dependent on your hours worked. Our compensation package includes:
