Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring alignment with their unique needs and goals.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, helping to navigate and fulfill necessary requirements.

• Serve as a liaison to essential service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive support.

• Establish and maintain effective communication pathways to meet contractual standards, thereby advancing the mission of Brighter Soul Counseling within the community.

• Network with local, state, federal, and private entities to identify and secure opportunities for new partnerships and funding.

• Pursue personal and professional development, attending relevant conferences, completing additional training, and representing the agency in statewide initiatives.

• Embody and promote the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all professional interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the organization's goals.

Qualifications\n
