This remote role covers US states and partners with HR, Talent, and leadership to ensure competitive, equitable pay practices and compliant processes. The role requires 3+ years in compensation, strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau), and experience with salary surveys and HRIS loading.
