Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, functioning through our Telehealth facility. This setup not only grants our counselors the ability to work from various locations but also expands our reach to clients who may not otherwise receive critical mental health services. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and supported by an array of technological tools to ensure seamless communication, record-keeping, and client management.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct counseling services to clients dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, using telehealth technology for sessions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance your counseling approach, set performance goals, and evaluate outcomes, while emphasizing client choice and empowerment.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and facilitate comprehensive assessments when necessary to develop personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment notes, in accordance with organizational and state guidelines.

• Be available for on-call coverage as needed, both during and outside program hours, to support our clients in crisis.
\n
• Actively engage in quality improvement committees to refine the agency’s service delivery and contribute to better client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) from an accredited institution.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively while adhering to deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with three years or more in a clinical mental health setting will find their applications particularly compelling. Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with remote counseling methodologies will enhance your fit for this role.
