Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Counseling: Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based approaches to improve clients’ mental health and overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are pre-screened and classified as stable, with a low acuity level. This allows counselors to engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships that focus on enhancing mental well-being rather than managing crises. Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds, and we place a strong emphasis on matching therapists with clients whose needs align with their specialties and personal interests.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Possession of a valid, independent license issued by the state board: either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) . Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Proficient in making professional evaluations and implementing treatment plans based on current best practices in mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, emphasizing empathy and active listening.

• Strong computer literacy skills, including familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in providing telehealth therapy or virtual counseling services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques and a background working within community health settings can be advantageous. We offer a competitive compensation package, with annual salaries ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 based on your caseload and professional experience.
