Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one video counseling sessions aimed at improving your clients’ mental health and emotional well-being.

• Creating a safe environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their feelings, experiences, and challenges, facilitating their personal insight and growth.

• Acting as a client advocate, assisting them in setting and achieving identifiable treatment goals.

• Assessing the mental health conditions of clients and developing comprehensive treatment plans that employ solution-focused strategies based on your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will be carefully screened to ensure they are suitable for telehealth services. You will primarily work with stable adult clients who present with low acuity issues. Our practice ensures that you are matched with clients whose needs align with your specialties and demographic preferences, allowing for more effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

To qualify, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• An active state license in good standing to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a sympathetic nature, and proficiency in using technology, including virtual therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked. Additionally, you will enjoy a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit for your convenience, and a monthly healthcare stipend available to full-time counselors.
