Executive Sous Chef — Lead High-Volume Culinary Operations

Gategroup Holding

gategroup is seeking a seasoned culinary leader to oversee production, menu quality, and training across unit operations. You will partner with the Executive Chef, manage a small team, ensure recipes, portions, and costs meet standards, and drive waste reduction and safety compliance across all shifts.
