Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be remote, offering flexibility for the right candidate to work primarily from their home while still engaging with our school partners. While the majority of your work will be done remotely, you will occasionally participate in in-person meetings or community events. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by students.

• Develop and implement individualized service plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and progress monitoring tailored to each student’s needs.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients through their difficulties.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, including risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring the immediate safety and well-being of students.

• Coordinate with educators and school staff to develop support systems within the school, ensuring a collaborative approach to student wellbeing.

• Engage in community outreach and awareness programs that promote agency services and resources available to families.

• Participate in regular case conferences and team meetings to share insights, strategies, and updates on client progress.

• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, supporting them through various emotional and social challenges they may face in their academic environment. This includes addressing issues related to behavioral concerns, academic struggles, bullying, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
