Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients both in clinical and community settings, undertaking assessments to identify symptoms of mental illness and emotional distress.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, arrange for comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and manage integrated care plans that facilitate access to essential services and ensure continuous communication among clients, families, and providers.

• Provide tailored treatment services including individual, group, and family therapy that focus on clients' presenting problems and their expressed needs.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts and contribute to a supportive environment, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Maintain organized caseloads, ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions, and uphold strict adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
