Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Set therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting these goals to monitor their progress and ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual appointments, ensuring that accessibility does not compromise the quality of care they receive.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, enhancing your clinical skills and keeping abreast of the latest developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with represent a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. You will provide services to individuals experiencing conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and relationship issues. Your work will be central to helping clients gain insight, build coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Washington State license, such as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
