This full-time role is primarily remote, allowing you to provide critical mental health services from the comfort of your own space while connecting with clients in Lowell, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards by documenting all clinical work accurately and promptly.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs as directed by the clinical team.
\n
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans for clients.
\n
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards of our organization.
\n
• Serve as a liaison with state agencies and community partners to coordinate services and support for clients.
\n
• Establish and sustain effective communication channels with relevant stakeholders to fulfill contract requirements and advocate for our mission.
\n
• Build relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and identify new collaborative opportunities.
\n
• Pursue ongoing personal and professional development through workshops, conferences, and community engagement related to mental health.
\n
• Embrace and actively promote the principles and values of Brighter Soul Counseling in all aspects of your work.
\n
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients dealing with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your role is vital in helping these individuals navigate their unique journeys towards improved mental health, emotional stability, and increased quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• Current independent LMHC license, with flexibility for those licensed in other states, as we will facilitate your licensing in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
