Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload while establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, assess stability, and plan for transitions such as discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and actively monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect the goals and preferences of each client.

• Document client interactions and updates thoroughly and consistently, ensuring accurate progress notes and compliance with organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health concerns and histories.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision and attend team meetings to promote continuous professional development and collaborative care.

• Cooperate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic and integrated treatment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on serving a diverse population of youth, including adolescents facing mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients to address various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use, nurturing their resilience and positive coping strategies through tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a relevant mental health discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• Ability to meet credentialing requirements for telehealth and other relevant clinical settings.

• Possession of strong assessment and diagnostic skills, particularly in individual and group therapy settings.

• Minimum of one year of experience in working with psychiatric clients and/or substance abuse populations is required.

• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with applicable software programs for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
