Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to serve clients from the comfort of your home or preferred setting. As part of an outpatient office environment, your role will consist of direct client interaction through virtual platforms, such as video conferencing and telehealth services. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to effectively identify client needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to the development and execution of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches to facilitate client progress and healing.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation that aligns with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards, ensuring the protection of client information.

• Collaborate actively with our multidisciplinary treatment team through regular case consultations and peer reviews aimed at enhancing the standard of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and relevant community resources to support their therapeutic journey.

• Stay updated with the latest research and innovations in mental health care, applying this knowledge to improve therapeutic practices and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily center around adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your skills and experience.
