Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to aid clients in their journey toward recovery.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that are compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all practices.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to deliver comprehensive care and maximize client outcomes.

• Participate in case consultations and supervision meetings, contributing insights and receiving ongoing training to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in the community to empower them with the knowledge needed for their journeys.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health to ensure the provision of cutting-edge, evidence-based care to your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and more. Your interventions will play a pivotal role in facilitating positive change and enhancing the overall quality of life for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in New York State, demonstrating your legal qualifications and expertise.

• Proficiency in implementing solution-focused therapy techniques and adapting approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients, showcasing your clinical flexibility.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate strong therapeutic relationships, allowing clients to feel supported and understood throughout their treatment journey.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities that aid in effectively identifying client needs and developing tailored intervention strategies.

• Ability to thrive within a collaborative team atmosphere, valuing diverse perspectives and contributions to foster a growth-oriented culture.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly with clients experiencing varied mental health issues, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
