Key Responsibilities\n

• Set clear therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and consistently monitor their progress throughout the therapy process.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may have accessibility challenges or prefer virtual engagement, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintain high standards of documentation, following ethical practices, and adhering to state regulations for mental health services.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with industry standards and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds seeking help for various mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. Counselors are encouraged to build rapport and trust, laying the groundwork for a successful therapeutic relationship that fosters healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect and relate to clients effectively.

• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in outpatient settings is preferred, with a strong understanding of various mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and best practices is an asset, as well as a willingness to engage in team-based therapy and community collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n
