Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather pertinent information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, ensuring that interventions are tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
