In this full-time role based in Plano, Texas, you will leverage your expertise to provide tailored therapeutic interventions, ensuring comprehensive care for individuals facing various mental health challenges. Our salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually.

Work Environment\n

This remote position is structured to accommodate a healthy work-life balance. While scheduled working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be necessary to meet clients' needs. As part of your work, you will utilize telehealth technology to conduct assessments and therapy sessions, providing convenient access to mental health support for our clients from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge patients’ needs and co-create individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver specialized therapeutic interventions via modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, working with individuals, couples, and groups.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that cater to common mental health issues, promoting community engagement among participants.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support for urgent mental health situations, assisting clients in navigating immediate challenges.

• Educate clients regarding their mental health conditions, exploring treatment avenues and community resources that are available to them.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in alignment with legal and ethical mandates, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong grasp of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and best practices in evidence-based therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and devise effective treatment strategies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interactions with clients and team members.
