Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans tailored to the client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to address complex mental health issues.

• Ensure accurate and confidential recording of clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and health regulations to maintain trust and security for clients.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve clinical practices and care standards.

• Deliver ongoing education and support to clients and their families, providing guidance on mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources available to them.

• Remain current with the latest developments in mental health research, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance intervention effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active, valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
