Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population you will work with includes individuals from various backgrounds dealing with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in Washington as either LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD .

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage clients effectively.

• Exhibit empathy, a compassionate demeanor, and a non-judgmental attitude towards all clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage client schedules and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• While a Bachelor's Degree is required, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.

• Experience managing diverse caseloads with flexibility in addressing various therapeutic needs.

• A background in telehealth practices, particularly in establishing rapport and therapeutic relationships virtually.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Glen Counseling, LLC offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, we offer:
