Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve patients in a hospice setting, which requires a deep understanding of the unique emotional challenges faced by individuals nearing the end of life and their families. Your empathic engagement will support clients through grief, anxiety, and other complex psychological responses, fostering an environment of healing and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and current LCSW license in the State of California.
