Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to clients' unique needs, ensuring thorough assessments and evaluations are conducted to inform the therapeutic process.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to track client progress and ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a part of ATI Behavioral Institute, you will primarily work with clients who have limited access to mental health resources. Your caseload will consist of diverse individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. You will play a critical role in empowering these clients, equipping them with effective tools and strategies to navigate their personal struggles and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, demonstrating strong therapeutic skills.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, contingent on your experience and caseload.
