Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's psychological state and identify appropriate treatment interventions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s unique needs and diagnoses.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that address emotional challenges, promote personal growth, and teach effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts during mental health emergencies, providing immediate support to patients in distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated knowledge in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
