Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic alliances while upholding ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and appropriate discharge procedures.

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans centered around the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation and progress notes for each client interaction, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information for effective treatment planning.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster client growth and resilience.

• Engage in thoughtful individual supervision to continually refine therapeutic skills and professional approach.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external healthcare providers to coordinate care and support client wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role supports a broad range of clients, including adults, children, and families, who seek mental health services for various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.
\n
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable and skilled in conducting intake assessments.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is required, candidates with experience in specialized therapeutic techniques or certifications in specific therapeutic frameworks will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
