Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a comprehensive caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to review progress towards their goals, discuss stability, and coordinate care during discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered around client needs and aspirations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes for each client, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with best practices.

• Perform detailed intake assessments to identify presenting concerns and appropriate treatment strategies.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to the client's needs.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to reflect on and enhance your clinical skills and approaches.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure a comprehensive treatment approach for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an unrestricted and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least three years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is mandatory.

• Comfort and proficiency in using technology tools including but not limited to spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and necessary telehealth platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families across diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, reflecting the level of expertise and commitment required.
