Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments of students and develop tailored treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting interventions as necessary based on student needs.

• Document clinical progress through accurate and timely records, in strict compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards.

• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other professionals to coordinate care, providing insight and recommendations to enhance student support strategies.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to uplift treatment methodologies and improve overall care standards.

• Educate students and their families regarding mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, equipping them with the knowledge necessary for informed decision-making.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and treatment techniques, ensuring the integration of this knowledge into daily practices.

• Manage a full caseload of students while maintaining performance standards aligned with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide crucial mental health support to a diverse student population ranging from elementary to high school. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
