Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct sessions through telehealth platforms. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to meet the distinct needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients using structured methodologies and evidence-based practices, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities, to promote evidence-based healing.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide integrated care.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources available to them.

• Update knowledge regularly by engaging with current mental health research and incorporating advancements into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be directed at a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues. You will provide targeted support to individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• Strong grasp of solution-focused therapeutic interventions and techniques to address individual client needs effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating open and trusting client relationships.

• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with critical thinking skills for effective case formulation and intervention.
