Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status, needs, and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Provide couples and family therapy sessions to help navigate relationship dynamics, improve communication, and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that set achievable goals and include specific therapeutic interventions.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Inform and educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources for additional support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that document assessments, treatment plans, progress, and outcome measures in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring informed consent and confidentiality throughout the counseling process.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings and with diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, structured through a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections, eliminating wait times for reimbursement.
