Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure live video, addressing a range of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client well-being.
• Leverage automated symptom self-assessments and ongoing client feedback to modify treatment plans and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Utilize our user-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) system to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults from various backgrounds who are navigating a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, active LICSW license in the state of Washington.

• At least 2 years of recent experience providing therapeutic interventions, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy, to adult clients struggling with mental health issues.

• Competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, based on your experience and caseload.
