Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct comprehensive intake assessments and prepare treatment plans tailored to meet the therapeutic needs of individual clients, couples, and families.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy, implementing evidence-based interventions to promote compliance with therapeutic regimens and adherence to prescribed medications.

• Utilize community resources to enhance the treatment experience, including referrals to external agencies as necessary.

• Engage and support clients' families by providing psychoeducational classes or group sessions aimed at increasing understanding and acceptance of mental health conditions.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation consistent with state and NCQA regulations, ensuring accurate tracking of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in interdisciplinary staff meetings to evaluate and refine treatment approaches based on collaborative discussions and feedback.

• If qualified, supervise Post-Masters Fellows or Associate-level clinicians, facilitating their professional development through guidance and mentorship.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
