TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44195!

Job Title: Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Day/Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 12 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for required License: Permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: Must work at least every other holiday. Must have active required certifications in hand. Must have a reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty applying for within the past 12 months. Description: Registered Nurse position in Med/Surg Telemetry. This role may involve floating to similar patient care units as needed. Shifts include rotations of evenings and mornings. The facility will make efforts to honor preferred shifts, but may require rotation to meet operational needs. Dynamic patient care in a diverse environment is expected. The role requires ongoing compliance with safety and competency assessments. An ECG rhythm recognition test and medication safety assessment will be conducted during orientation. An acceptable score is required on both assessments. Candidates must be willing to undergo background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process. All travelers are required to meet nicotine-free policies unless exempted temporarily. Candidates with open cases in their background checks will not be considered. Candidates may extend their contracts for a maximum of 18 months, subject to client approval. Competency assessments will be enforced for continuous contracts to ensure compliance. Modules related to annual competency are required and may require additional hours for completion. Travelers must be compliant and adhere to all facility requirements.
