IDC Sales Manager/Director

As a front-runner in the global new energy industry, BYD has developed sophisticated and well-proven core technologies. Currently we are setting up our IDC business center in the U.S. Bay Area and entering the IDC industry, and the new team we are building in the United States is a vital part of our global business strategy. Due to this background, we are actively opening sales management positions(Manager/Director) to support customers across North America with our innovative Data Center solutions in California. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key account in NA market, responsible for the sales of data center liquid cooling/power supplies/optical modules products & other products. Collaborate closely with internal R&D and product departments to gain a deep understanding of the company's technologies and solutions, and recommend solutions tailored to specific customer needs. Manage the decision-making chain, identify key individuals, prioritize customer needs, drive project progress, and complete project implementation. Manage customer relationships, understand market trends, and develop sustainable sales strategies. Achieve the company's sales performance and strategic goals. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership. Requirements Clear thinking, excellent communication skills, approachability, and a passion for sales. Strong self-drive execution, strong coordination skills, strong teamwork skills,and high professionalism. Based in Silicon Valley, and comfortable with occasional domestic and international travel. Technical experience or sales experience in data center liquid cooling/power supplies/optical modules,or other products is preferred. With successful sales cases is preferred.
