Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups, focusing on personalized treatment tailored to the specific needs of each client. You will utilize various therapeutic methodologies to enhance engagement and foster healing.

• Develop and implement comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on thorough diagnostic assessments, ensuring that each client receives appropriate resources and interventions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care and tracking client progress toward established goals.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and support systems to assist clients in moments of acute distress.

You will work primarily with clients dealing with the complexities of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, demonstrating a robust educational foundation in social work principles and practices.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State, ensuring compliance with professional and legal standards.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably in mental health or substance use treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
