Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and generate tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices to address unique client goals.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records (including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results), adhering closely to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for every client.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, effectively advocating for their rights and needs as required.

• Stay informed about current best practices and developments in mental health therapy through ongoing training, workshops, and participation in professional development activities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with the potential for a sign-on bonus.
