Administrative Assistant

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to support a team of Franchise Developers and leaders across multiple brands. The role involves managing schedules, travel, reports, and documentation to enable the Franchise Development team to sell franchises effectively. Key Responsibilities Assist Franchise Developers with day‑to‑day operations, managing time‑sensitive paperwork. Update reports daily, weekly, and monthly. Run demographic, background, and credit reports. Book air travel and hotel rooms for team members and guests. Submit expense reports and invoices for Franchise Developers and leaders. Perform mail sorting, typing, proofreading, and other clerical duties. Order supplies for office and events. Assist with Meet the Team Day and other special events (prep work, room setup, ordering food). Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings for specific brands and teams. Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents. Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and special events for internal and external stakeholders. Proactively identify process improvements and leverage technology and AI tools. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of college preferred. 1+ years of administrative or related experience in a fast‑paced environment. Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, self‑starter. Ability to triage requests and work quickly and accurately. Can work autonomously without micromanagement. Problem‑solving skills; positive attitude and team player. Comfortable working in a hybrid model: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office; Wednesday, Friday from home. Schedule & Compensation Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM local time zone. Competitive pay commensurate with experience. Physical Requirements The role may involve standing, sitting, lifting up to 25lbs, using office equipment, climbing ladders, handling glass and materials, and carrying equipment.
