Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in therapeutic care.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused interventions to a diverse clientele.

• Engage with clients through various therapeutic modalities, adjusting strategies based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, exchanging insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and timely client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, families, and adults facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is essential.

• Possess an active and unrestricted Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
