Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish clients’ needs and develop actionable treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.

• Lead individual, family, couple, and group counseling sessions focused on addressing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques tailored to various client backgrounds and presenting issues, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical conduct.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as a professional counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

St. Jude Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
