Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs to identify suitable treatment options, including case management, short-term counseling, and crisis intervention.

• Assist clients in navigating complex bureaucratic processes by guiding them through the completion of necessary forms for entitlements, supplemental insurance, and other benefits, thereby reducing dependency on emergency assistance programs.

• Help clients access pharmaceutical programs that provide financial aid for prescription medications, ensuring they receive the medication necessary for their treatment.

• Advocate on behalf of clients when engaging with community agencies and resources, ensuring they receive all available support and services.
\n
• Maintain accurate and current client records in compliance with state regulations, preparing detailed reports and documentation as needed to support ongoing care.

• Coordinate transportation assistance for clients when necessary to facilitate access to essential services and appointments.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical discussions to review cases, share insights, and continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active or independent license: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in the mental health field, demonstrating competence and effectiveness in providing therapeutic support.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with experience working in community health settings and familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems will be greatly valued. Knowledge of local resources available to clients and experience with advocacy work will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 120,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
